We are at the Kentuckey Inn on Pearl and Kentuckey in Denver. This is our third “Bad Bar Night” tour. This evening we are trying to hit the “dive” bars around the Washington Park neighborhood. Other stops included the Candle Light and T.J.’s Lounge. Good times.
In Portland’s International Rose test garden, this varietal lives up to its name in a big way in that it smells just like a pot of honey. Others (there were hundreds, if not thousands) include “leanne rimes” and “sixteen candles.”
